Deposit & late arrival
A $20 deposit holds every appointment and is applied to your service. It is not refunded. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and the deposit is forfeited.

48 hours notice moves the deposit to a new date. Less than 48 hours, or a same-day cancel, forfeits the deposit. A no-call, no-show is paid in full before you can book again.
A fill requires at least 50% of the previous set still in place. Anything less, or a fill booked after the set has grown out, is charged as a full set.
Fills on lashes applied by another artist are an additional $5. Removal of a foreign set is $20. Removal of a set done here is $15.
Clean lashes only — no mascara, eyeliner, or leftover strip-lash glue. No children or extra guests. Please silence your phone so the appointment stays quiet.
Tell Cindy about any concern within 24 hours. A complimentary touch-up is for an application issue, not for normal shedding. Avoid water, steam, and oil near the eyes for the first 24–48 hours, and brush with a clean spoolie.
The balance is due at the end of the appointment. Cash, Zelle, Cash App, and Apple Pay. Menu prices can change; the price you are quoted when you book is the price for that visit.
Powder brows $300, free touch-up after 6 weeks. Hybrid brows $300, free touch-up after 6 weeks. Color correction $300, then $50 to touch up after 6 weeks. Lip blush $250, free touch-up after 4–6 weeks.
